CRYSTALLIZATION IS AN INSIDE JOB
This thought occurred to me as I was brainstorming Instagram marketing for a training (that never happened) last spring. I was getting stuck on mediums to use - posts, emails, stories..REELS?! - to explain how great the training would be and how you should join. My head gets caught in all these silly algorithm tactics, and honestly it gets caught in what other healers and entrepreneurs are doing through all the platforms. Additionally, I don’t often feel aligned with the modern-day market tactics, or old school tactics for that matter. And I definitely don’t want to spend anyone’s time blasting emails, Stories, and all the feeds with WHY YOU SHOULD DO THIS. Those techniques are fun sometimes, but it’s also noisy. The “launch hustle”…do you know what I’m talking about?

So, what do I do when I’m feeling stuck, confused and uninspired? I turn inward. Go inside. Feel into the pressure. Take in the heat that’s fueling what I want to do. All of this makes sense to me, because where do crystals come from?! HELLO -Spiritual Geology here - crystals come from *inside* the earth. They form in the dark, when no one is watching. They literally absorb their surroundings and take form when the heat cools. Crystals are forming in the present moment and while being present, crystals register any surrounding information and crystallize from there.
I share this with you, because sometimes the work you’re doing needs to become an inside project. For me, more often then not, if I sit back and let my ego cool down (and not do the IG/biz hustle) and focus on my true intentions and the energetics in my body, success finds me. Success becomes natural. Naturally, crystals don’t form on the surface of the earth (plants and flowers do!), they form inside the earth. The magic forms in the sub-surface. It goes the same for you.
Every crystal has a story. Every soul has sparkle! ✨
